Security Features

The security papers developed by us include two types of security features overt (Visible to naked eyes) and covert (require tools to get detected).
Watermarks
Our experts add an extra degree of security impenetrable to counterfeiters by imprinting patterns in the paper while it is being manufactured. We offer our clients off-the-shelf watermark paper or custom-made wallpaper or in-register watermark designs using the most advanced multitone or electrolyte watermarking technologies.
Security Threads
Mostly seen on currency notes, these threads are infused in the security papers according to the client’s requirements. These threads provide a multi-layered anti-counterfeit, anti-copy security with customized unique overt and covert holographic or printed security features and, demetallized logos or text.
UV Dull or Dead Brightness
The majority of printing sheets are made with optical brightening agents (OBAs), which aid in reflecting infrared light into the visible spectrum and produce printed materials with a prettier appearance. But under black light, these OBAs glow. Therefore, company personnel can detect counterfeiting by simply passing security papers done with UV dim or dead levels under a black light. Any fluorescence is a red flag that the paper might be a fake.
Chemical Protection
A variety of substances that could be used to change the ink on a check can react with indicator stains that have been added to the paper. Choose various indication stains provided by NanoMatriX. While five-indicator stains offer additional defense against acids and bases, three-indicator stains react with bleach and polar or nonpolar solvents.
Embedded Security Fibers
Special visible or invisible fibers are inserted into security paper as an additional layer of fraud prevention. Fluorescent fibers are visible under black (UV-) light but are invisible to the human eye in ambient light. Therefore, adding security fibers of different length, shape, or color to the paper is an additional choice. Although these fibers are visible to the human eye, they make it much more challenging for counterfeiters to duplicate.
